I saw Motley Crue at the Hollywood Bowl on Tuesday night. It was one of the best shows I’ve experienced.
The New York Dolls, Poison, Motley Crue. Are you kidding me? My friend Geoffrey said it best when he said, “It’s my 10 year old dream come true.”
There were so many awesome moments that night: my friend Don sneaking a bottle of Cazadores in the bottom of a French baguette, Cee Lo Green joining the Crue for “Same Old Situation”, security trying to get a topless fan riding high on her boyfriends shoulders to put her shirt back on and this…Tommy Lee’s dubstep, pentagram, roller coaster drum solo with a fan strapped to him. Amazing.
The 10 year old inside of me was fr-eak-ing out.
